First of all the food, my group ordered The pork tenderloin and, the beef. The pork tenderloin looked like it was raw, Instead of grilling it they boiled it. Honestly extremely deceiving and dissapointing, Looked like they boiled a horses knee cap. The beef, We ordered medium and they brought us a piece of meet that was practically alive still. It was extremely undercooked and basically purple. Extremely disappointing would NOT recommend any of these dishes. Second the service, the waiter was in his own world and we waited atleast 25 minutes just for our order to be taken when the restaurant was practically empty. To add on when we received our food the waiter did NOT come check with us once until it was time to pay the bill. If the waiter came to check on us I would’ve asked him to cook my horse knees a little bit more so I don’t acquire some unknown disease. Lastly, the atmosphere. The atmosphere was identical to if I caught my wife sleeping with my son. Extremely tense and a lot of uncleared dirty tables around the restaurant. Overall my dining experience here was SAD. Extremely disappointing, I would 100% choose one of the other restaurants in the area to avoid receiving live animals...
Read moreLocale molto curato, Siamo arrivati un po tardi, e nonostante ciò ci hanno accontentati sulla scelta del tavolino sul balcone. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione di carne. Lo start è stato molto avvincente e con una prospettiva abbastanza alta dei piatti successivi.
La tartare, spettacolare. Manzo saporito, fonduta di caprino ottima, E le perline nere che si intravedono erano, a detta del cameriere, perle di tartufo, ancora non mi capacito di cosa siano, ma il sapore che rilasciavano nel boccone dove capitavano era veramente da estasi.
La melanzana al ragu, buona. Sottile la panatura, delicato il primosale al centro, un po abbondante di sale invece il ragu.
Bavette con ragu bianco di agnello, niente di particolare. Saporite le zucchine, che predominavano su tutto il piatto. ( Abbondantissima la porzione)
Tagliata di non ho capito cosa, buona, niente di particolare. Ben speziate le patate.
Cannolo scomposto, ricotta da mangiare a badilate, molto sottili le cialde (probabilmente al cacao) che la accompagnavano, di fatti bastava fare una scarpetta di ricotta per ritrovarsi, un angolo di cialda in mano. Non sono un amante dei canditi, quindi ho ignorato la “marmellata” nella scodellina a parte, ma ho gradito che non l’abbiano aggiunta al resto.
Passiamo al salato, il conto. Un po esagerato per due persone (114) Comprendeva due menu degustazione, due acque, e due calici di vino. Avrei pagato volentieri con un 20/25% in meno rispetto al conto.

The service was terrific with the waiter attending to our every needs with a panache that we weren't expecting. The food was well presented (above average) and all the dishes were tasty. After visiting a nearby Michelin guide-listed restaurant the next day, we wished we had gone back...way better. We even observed "chef" attending to customers...
