The restaurant is well located in the city! Easy to find and near to the other parts where tourists may visit. The two waiters were really friendly, one speaking only italian, and the other also english. The menu combines a modern gastronomy with the Italian classics really well, serving great dishes in an almost artistic way! There were a huge selection of great wines from different countries and from the region, which was our choice to taste something local. Quel che non ti aspetti Non tutti evidentemente scappano! Mi riferisco infatti ai cervelli buoni che abbiamo ancora in Italia, quelli che restano qui per farci dono di ciò che abbiamo nel nostro paese. Cervelli pensanti, con neuroni che fluiscono nel modo giusto nonostante il caldo di questi giorni faccia del suo meglio per distrarli. Ecco come sono le menti di chi gestisce questo locale nel cuore di Alba, il Petricore, che saprà accoglierti come non mai. Una squadra molto giovane di persone che agiscono con l'obiettivo di farti sentire bene e a tuo agio, con una selezione di vini e birre di alta qualità (Birrificio Lambrate e Milano) accompagnate da una cucina degna di chef, non dico stellati, ma consapevoli del proprio lavoro. Persone in gamba insomma. Questi sono Carmine, il proprietario e la sua giovane cuoca, che dopo 30 secondi di chiacchierata a fine serata, mi ha saputo confermare quanto già stavo pensando mentre mangiavo il suo sformatino di verdure: ovvero che la passione esiste e la si può mettere in pratica.
