Se siete ad Alberobello ed avete voglia di qualcosa di sfizioso ma allo stesso tempo preparato al momento e fritto (con olio fresco E SI SENTE), dovete per forza passare di qua. Al cartoccio si trova sulla via principale ed è distaccato da tutti i locali turistici (FORTUNATAMENTE), prezzi onesti. Titolare che si vede sia nell'impegno che nell'amore verso i suoi prodotti, verso il suo lavoro e verso i suoi clienti. Seppur fossi di passaggio ho respirato aria di serenità e non ho percepito minimamente la classica "trappola turistica". Ringrazio l'artefice della mia pausa pranzo Angelo

Die hier so hochgelobten Fleischbällchen (Polpette Carne) haben bei mir Null Emotion ausgelöst und waren ihre 8 Euro nicht wert. Musste auch ziemlich lange warten, bis sie fertig waren. Die Bedienung ist während der Zeit der Zubereitung in der Küche und es findet kein weiterer Service statt. Möchte nicht wissen wie lange es bei einer kleinen Schlange von hungrigen Kunden dauert. Ansonsten ist der Laden recht ansprechend und macht einen guten Eindruck.
