During my visit to Alberobello, I had the opportunity to dine at a local restaurant, which, despite some hiccups, offered a pleasant experience overall. Firstly, I must mention that the restaurant didn't open at the time indicated online, people were waiting outside a bit confused. Additionally, when I tried to make a reservation over the phone, they didn't pick up, which further added to the frustration. However, once seated, my company and I both I ordered the Tagliolini Con Pistacchio E Pancetta (me without the pancetta that comes with it) and we’re pleasantly surprised by its flavor. The creamy pistachio sauce added a unique twist to the dish, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. Although the portion initially looked a bit small it was perfectly filling thanks to it rich sauce. However, I did find the cream to be slightly lacking in seasoning, confirmed by my companion who had the pancetta with it. It could have benefited from a touch more salt to enhance the flavors and perhaps a hint of acidity and pepper to add some brightness. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience at the restaurant was enjoyable. The ambiance was charming, the view on the trulli from the terrace is beautiful and the staff, once seated, was attentive and accommodating. With a little more attention to seasoning and the addition of certain ingredients, this could have been an outstanding culinary experience as I have never tried a pistachio cream before. For now, it stands as a solid choice for those seeking a decent meal in the heart of Alberobello.

Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere and great service. We were recommended to come here by our hotel receptionist and we are so thankful to him. It was the best meal we had travelling across Italy and Sicily. We tried the local food antipasti selection which consisted 15 small food plates. We also ordered 3 side dishes, which were not needed, antipasti itself was more than enough to serve 2 people. All the food we tried was beautifully presented, warming, fresh and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is inside the trulli house, there are seating inside or outside in the beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff were attentive and polite. The total bill for two was €41 including soft drinks and service charge. I highly recommend to try this place when you are visiting Alberobello. Thank you so much for the unique experience.

If you are a person, who cares about the service, don't go to that place! We arrived at the place without the reservation and the waiter informed us, that the table will be free in 20/30 min. We were fine with this as they have a dish which I was craving since 3 weeks - sea food gnocchi! After more or less 30 min, we are back and the waiter informe us that the table is still not ready yet. We had to wait additional 20 min... When we finally got the table, we ordered 2 starters and 2 primos. One starter was amazing! That was scamorza with bacon, highly recommend! The other was ok, but had one of the most disappointing buratta in our live (and this region is famous for it!), while the capocollo from Martina Franca was reaaally good. Regarding primi, seafood gnocchi were okay and very good the cime Di rapa orecchiette . Overall, if you don't know where to go, it's ok place, it's a good trattoria, but not the top.

Efficient service. Enjoyed the creamy seafood ravioli and the turnip top orechiatte. Pistchaio pesto was a novelty. Bonus points for the place are a QR code menu with representative photos and the ambience if being seated in a trullo. 89 euro for a meal for 5 pax- 3 glasses of wine, a cheese platter, a bacon cheese appetizer in an earthware pot, 3 pasta dishes and 2 coffees. Prices are at least 15% less than the next highest rated trullo serving antipasto platters and local cuisine, which explains why this place justifiably has the highest ratings in Alberobello by the most number of reviewers.

This restaurant was very good. If I could give it 4.5 stars I definitely would. We had the following dishes: Orchidee al gamberetti (squid ink ravioli stuffed with fish, with cream, shrimps and roe). This was superb. Also had the scialiatelli al Pinnacolo, which was a pasta with mushrooms, zucchini and fresh tomatoes. Next was tagliolini with mushrooms, bacon and a creamy pistachio sauce, superb. Lastly we had the orecchiette with fresh tomatoes and Parmesan, another good meal. All up quite good. We tried the locally made white wine, Edone, which was brilliant. Would recommend
