This was one of the most enjoyable and memorable stays ever, anywhere.||We booked at the last minute for an overnight stay from our base in Lecce. Angelo was amazingly helpful, accommodating planned and unplanned changes on the way there. The WhatsApp group he set up from the beginning made everything really easy.||He arranged a parking space for us close by and helped us with our small bags. ||The trullo we stayed in was outstanding. Beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you’d need. The thought and level of care that has gone into it is inspirational. Angelo explained that he’s an interior designer.||Lots of positives to list. Our own beautiful private garden/terrace with sofas, sun loungers, tables to eat al fresco, bikes to use, an outside shower, and lemon trees. The bathroom was in its own ‘cave’ with super hot water in the shower. Breakfast was a long list of items to tick and WhatsApp a photo to Angela with preferred time. It arrives in a neat packaged cardboard box - everything fresh and well laid out… bang on time. We ate ours in the garden (in the first week of March). Wi-Fi was great.||We were offered complimentary drinks in the fridge, a local bottle of red, and local biscuits. ||The main bed is on a mezzanine… small but a perfect space. There was also a second single bedroom we didn’t use.||There’s absolutely nothing I would suggest as an improvement. Our short stay was pretty much perfect in every way. ||Our massive thanks and congratulations to Angelo for creating this perfect little...

This trullo stay exceeded all our expectations. The owner Angelo met us on time & graciously showed us the place & explained all the details. Located right smack in the centre - perfect as a base for exploring Alberobello. The trullo has everything one could ask for - well equipped kitchen, coffee/tea, reading materials & even playing cards. There are 3 TV’s & underfloor heating (essential in winter!). A great courtyard (front & back) & bicycles for us to use to explore the surrounding areas. The furnishings were classy & all the finer points were thought of : robes, slippers, range of towels, heating element in bathroom plus little touches in the decor that made it feel like home. The bed is super comfy & the sheets are top quality - perfect for a good night’s rest. Breakfast is provided (you fill out a form & whatsapp to the owner) & on the time specified, a friendly delivery arrives with a brown paperbag with all the items beautifully packaged in eco friendly cartons. There is a notice on recommended dining outlets & places to visit & wifi is strong & powerful. There really wasn’t a thing we could ask for that wasn’t already thought of & provided. Beats staying in a hotel anytime. Our only regret is our stay was only overnight. Spending a week here would be easy as there’s so much to explore in surrounding areas too. Parking is easy (free kerbside parking in neighbouring street) & a 5 min walk away from the trullo.
Kudos to Angelo & team for providing us with a most memorable stay. This place...
