Great food but I felt mistreated as a tourist here... my partner was made to feel uncomfortable and very disappointed. Very slow service when asking for the bill. They came across annoyed when not spending much so as we normally would (due to already having food) charged us €5 euros a bottle of water and service charge to bring the bill cost to €52 euro for 2 pizzas and 2 bottles of water... Won't be visiting this place again when visiting yearly... Very disappointed never had this before.. does not set a great example compared to other establishments in the area that treat people better.
Female waitresses were lovely but looked like she was getting bosses around a lot.
Reply back to your comment: As I appreciate that the food was lovely, it is your responsibility to make sure that the customers enjoyment is fulfilled within the time they have spent at your restaurant. We had to ask twice for the bill. In response to this we had nothing but comments back from your waiter, this is not what we expect from a restaurant with such reviews. We were beyond disappointed because of this and your response has proven our point. Replying back "you could have gone up to the counter and got the bill" is not the right attitude and beyond bad customer service. We come to Port Cervo Every 6 months and understand the area. But What creates a great restaurant is the food yes but also the service and the experience that brings everyone back.

We finished our meal in which was quite full due to having a bigger breakfast and a lot of sugar, we only wanted something that would fill the gap. The waiter then came over to say something like “is the table heavy because your bill is light” we laughed this off at the time believing that he didn’t have ill intentions. Until we asked for the bill, in which my partner was ignored for 15 minutes then I finally was able to ask for the bill. After this they took another 15 minutes to get the bill to us. Every other customer had it brought over to them so this is why we didn’t go up to the counter to get it ourself. Me and my partner was left disappointed due to the poor customer service given to us. Everyone else seemed to have better service than us. Is this because we are British or didn’t spend up to your standards? Nevertheless this should not affect the customer service given to us. We were treated poorly and singled out. This is not good customer service at all. If you want returning customers I recommend to look at your standards of customer service. The pizzas are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The service is attentive and friendly, and the prices are in line with other restaurants in the area. Almost a good bargain 😜😁
I recently had the opportunity to dine at Myrto. I have ordered a Poseidone Pizza and my wife a Eris. The pasta of the Poseidone Pizza was made with squid ink. It came with different sea fruits. Really an interesting combination which I can fully recommend. The Eris Pizza was definitely a hot 🔥 Pizza, due to the nduja on top.
Overall, I had a good experience at Myrto. The food was good, the service was nice and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a reasonable priced restaurant in Porto Cervo.
