Panza Chijna — Restaurant in Aosta

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING (it deserves 4 stars), however i would give just 1 star to the staff and 2 to the location.

When we arrived a girl was sitting at the desk with her phone and headphones, therefore she didn’t noticed us for some moments even though we were calling her, and when she did she was really careless and dazed. The owner was also the only waitress, and even though the place was quite little with around 20 people, she couldn’t really manage the situation, creating a lot of delays. We had to wait a lot to get our command and when we asked for clarifications about the menu the was quite annoyed. Despite the pretty bad service, I looooved the food! La mia vuole essere una critica costruttiva perché migliorando qualche cosina potrebbe essere veramente un ottimo ristorante! Il cibo è di qualità ottima.....Suggerirei un po' più di simpatia e accoglienza alla signora che serve ( subito sembra che le dai fastidio....poco empatica né sorridente...) Inoltre avendo pochi tavoli da servire potrebbe fare uno sforzo di ricordarsi chi ha preso cosa....senza scrivere sul blocchetto....e non chiedere sempre chi ha preso questo e chi quello ...almeno quando il tavolo è da due.....Per pagare 65 euro a persona ( antipasto primo e dolce con 2 bicchieri di vino a testa) si potrebbe secondo me migliorare un pochino il servizio.... Sempre a quella cifra un piccolo sforzo di offrire un caffè o un digestivo quando sei alla cassa, come fanno molti locali, sarebbe molto gradito dal cliente.... Comunque cibo ottimo e menù vario e carino! Locale arredato bene e intimo...una coccola che con qualche piccolo accorgimento sul servizio potrebbe...

Alors là un sans faute. Oh il faut marcher quoi ? 5 petites minutes depuis l'arc d'Auguste . Comme toujours n' ayez pas peur de sortir de cadre touristique, partez à la découverte et vous trouverez des choses très intéressantes, comme ce restaurant. L'accueil : super ( aussi en français) Le lieu : pas très grand et c' est très bien comme ça, simple, chaleureux. Les mets : alors là.... poisson, poisson, poisson. Ce sont des passionnés, des amoureux des poissons et la qualité des produits, Mama Mia ... tellement bon. La carte n est pas bien grande, gage de qualité. Il faut prendre le poisson du jour, le chef le cuisine, le sublime. M. Aux fourneaux, Mme au service. Les clients qui entrent, tout le monde discute d'une table à l'autre, ambiance familiale. Bref vous l'aurez...
