Location: in una storica via di Arezzo Ristorante Aliciati offre una location piccola ma ben curata e dal design ricercato. Il moderno e new age si fondono perfettamente con le mura storiche di pietra. Arredamento minimal e chic completano il tutto. In estate si può mangiare nel dehor esterno.
Food&Beverage: La proposta culinaria è accuratamente ricercata grazie al know how delloche Giovanni, giovane ma di grande esperienza e passione. Pochi piatti che variano in base alla stagionalità delle materie prime, selezionate tra chilometro zero ed eccellenze internazionali. Si vede l’amore in tutto: con il pane, un cestino di varie tipologie viene servito del burro salato montato. Il mio piatto preferito? I paccheri pomodoro e basilico, un evergreen.
