A traumatic experience at the Divò cocktail bar

I am sorry to have to share my terrible experience at the divò cocktail bar, a place where I not only faced horrible service, but was also the subject of aggressive behavior on the part of the owner and his waiters.

As soon as I entered the club, I noticed a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed annoyed and not very interested in customer needs. Although the bar was not particularly crowded, I had to wait an incredibly long time to be served.

Once I finally managed to order a cocktail, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the drink. It was evident that the ingredients used were of poor quality and the balance of flavors was completely wrong. It was almost impossible to drink that cocktail.

However, my experience turned into a nightmare when I tried to express my concerns to the owner and waiters. Instead of dealing with the situation professionally, the group of people reacted violently and for no apparent reason. I was brutally beaten in the middle of the club, leaving me traumatized and sore.

It is unacceptable for a business premises to behave in this way. Violence has no place in a public environment and the treatment I received at the divò cocktail bar was absolutely unspeakable. No one should ever feel threatened or be physically abused in a public venue.

First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The waitstaff seemed utterly disinterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. It took an eternity to get their attention, and when we finally did, they appeared annoyed by our presence.

Moving on to the cocktails themselves, I was sorely disappointed. Not only were they overpriced, but they were also poorly executed. I ordered a classic martini, a drink that any respectable cocktail bar should be able to make to perfection. However, what I received was a watery concoction with a complete lack of balance. It seemed like the bartender had never even heard of a martini before.

The menu boasted an array of unique and innovative cocktails, but the reality was far from the hype. The drinks were either overly sweet or tasted like watered-down versions of what they were supposed to be. It was clear that the bartenders lacked the skill and expertise required to craft exceptional cocktails.

To my utter disbelief, I witnessed the bar owner snorting some white powder in the restrooms. I could not believe my eyes.

To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant, given the subpar quality of both the drinks and the service. I left this place feeling utterly ripped off and thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against visiting Divò Cocktail Bar RistoClub. The combination of terrible service, poorly crafted cocktails, an unpleasant ambiance, and inflated prices make it an establishment to avoid at all costs. Save your time and money and find a better place to enjoy...
