Il Nuovo Brulè — Restaurant in Asti

Very nice, small place and if you don’t know where you’re going via google map you may miss the little place. 10 tables, perhaps, great smiles, service is perfect to me and having a nice homemade pizza in a brick oven should have the edges burned, that doesn’t mean that the ingredients aren’t fresh, they are and quite good. Tried a couple of other menu items and we came back a couple of time during our visit to Asti. Don’t expect fancy, but don’t expect to spend a fortune, either their house white or red is good and their beer on top...

Found this place here on Google maps late one Wednesday evening. I was with a group of friends, all of whom were tired and hungry. We were delighted to find this place. While the decor etc are pretty basic, the device was warm and friendly, and the pizzas were only delicious. Plus they had draught Moretti beer. Desserts were also good. A little bit off the beaten track, but worth seeking out. Also, it sometimes look closed when it's not. Try the door....

Che scoperta pazzesca! In visita ad Asti, sono finita in questa pizzeria facendo una ricerca in internet. Se dall'esterno non mi è sembrata nulla di che, in verità ho scoperto che offre pizze da leccarsi i baffi, delle squisitezze di qualità, e io sono molto "dura" in fatto di pizza, perché ricerco sempre i sapori migliori. Se mi capitasse di tornare in città, sarà d'obbligo ripassarci! Ho amato l'impasto sofficissimo e il cornicione fatto a regola d'arte. Questa pizzeria offre un ampia scelta di pizze, alcune molto originali che non si trovano ovunque! Ho apprezzato il fatto che oltre alla classica pizza con le patatine, ci fossero altre pizze con patatine abbinate ad altri ingredienti... Insomma, mai visto nulla del genere in altre pizzerie! Da dire, poi, la bontà degli ingredienti e la frittura delle patatine! Finalmente un ristorante che mette sulla pizza patatine fatte bene!!!! Ho assaggiato la pizza con speck e gorgonzola e quella con patatine e pomodorini secchi!...
