Le Due Scimmie blew us away. Without a doubt, it was the best pizza we've had in a long time – perfectly baked, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. But it didn’t stop there: the entire menu was full of surprises, with innovative dishes that were both creative and incredibly delicious.

The ambiance was relaxed yet stylish, and the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout the evening. You can really tell that there’s passion behind everything they do.

Ambiente raccolto, con uno stile difficile da giudicare, mezzo etnico e mezzo moderno, nel complesso molto pulito e ordinato.

I tavoli sono pochi e ben distanziati. Obbligatoria la prenotazione.

Personalmente abbiamo provato tre pizze. Due "speciali" e una al "tegamino". L'impasto è alto e ottimamente lievitato. Sembra di mangiare poco, come ingoiare aria. Soffice e leggero.

Una piccola nota di biasimo è per la temperatura di servizio... A dicembre la sola cosa che si vuole è avere davanti una pizza così bollente da scottare dita e lingua. Invece, per quanto il gusto come detto è ottimo, la temperatura era poco più che tiepida.

Probabilmente la spiegazione sta nel fatto che grande cura è messa nella presentazione e alcuni ingredienti sono messi a crudo. In più la pizza arriva già in ottavi, perciò c'è del tempo in cucina fuori forno.

Nel complesso comunque la qualità del tutto non si discute. I prezzi sono in linea con l'offerta, sui venti a testa. Non è la classica pizza nel cartone da mangiare guardando una serie TV. È una pizza da degustare con un calice di vino bianco.

Come dolce ci siamo lasciati tentare da pizza dolce fritta con Nutella. Qui invece sì che la temperatura era bollente!

Incredible experience at Le Due Chimie! We had 3 different types of pizza dough and I suggest you to try all of them! The ingredients were super fresh, the dough was light and flavorful, and everything was clearly made with love.

The staff was absolutely lovely — friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.
