I was quite disappointed with this restaurant, especially since I've visited numerous Wagamama locations in the UK; this was my first experience trying it in Italy. I was surprised to find that instead of the usual Asian noodles, they used Italian spaghetti in the soup and the broth was surprisingly tasteless. Additionally, the pork belly lacked the crispy texture I'm accustomed to and had a noticeably different colour compared to what I've had in the UK, also the vegetables on-the-side were typical Italian salad greens, very different from the Asian vegetables you get at locations in the UK. Overall, my satisfaction was quite low. After dining here, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It seems like the chain may need to make some improvements in Italy, as it appears to be cutting corners that aren't happening in the UK, and this discrepancy is evident. We then asked if we could sit somewhere else and were asked if we have a reservation (on a day when the mall is virtually empty) and because we didn’t, they wanted to seat us on the laps of another couple. We decided to leave as we aren’t going to pay an establishment that behaves in this way. I’m not sure of the name of the girl who seated us, but can recall she had strange tattoos on her face.
0/10 wouldn’t...
