Donât be fooled by looks alone. This is a character restaurant that looks to have a pleasing and romantic courtyard. Unfortunately thatâs where it ends. While waiting for our drinks a lady on a nearby table sent her Lasagna back and when it came back to her she tried it and sent it back a 2nd time. I can see why my tuna arrived and was barely warm the side dish of roast potatoes were cold and looked like chunky chips. The Tuna was not seasoned. We had to ask 3 times to get the bottle of water we asked for. The price of the meal was higher than we had paid the night before for a more substantial meal that tasted so much better. Then a couple came and asked for a table, to which they were told the same. When a table became available the restaurant offered it to the couple and said I couldn't have the table as it seats three!!! But there were only 2 of them. And I arrived before them! Nous avons commandĂ© des gnocchis, des lasagnes, des pĂątes carbonara et des pĂątes al ragĂč (ou devrais-je dire des pĂątes aux Ă©gouts !). Lâensemble des plats Ă©tait de mauvaise qualitĂ©, sans originalitĂ©, et les pĂątes nâĂ©taient clairement pas fraĂźches comme annoncĂ© sur la carte.
La lasagne, par exemple, Ă©tait totalement fade, sans viande, avec trop peu de sauce. CâĂ©tait comme manger un empilement de feuilles sĂšches de lasagne, avec la sĂ©cheresse dâun dĂ©sert entre chaque couche. En goĂ»tant les plats de mes amis, ma dĂ©ception nâa fait que grandir. Les pĂątes carbonara Ă©taient un vĂ©ritable Ă©chec, tellement quâil aurait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©fĂ©rable de manger des pĂątes sĂšches directement sorties du paquet. Quant aux gnocchis, ils ressemblaient Ă des boulettes informes et pĂąteuses, totalement immangeables et abandonnĂ©es au fond de lâassiette.
Le "meilleur" pour la fin : les pĂątes al ragĂč de cerf, dont la viande semblait passĂ©e. La personne qui les a mangĂ©es nâa pas manquĂ© dâarracher les chiottes, pour reprendre ses mots, dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e Ă l'hĂŽtel. Les bruits rĂ©sonnent encore dans ma tĂȘte tant les bombardements Ă©taient intenses.
Je dĂ©conseille vivement ce restaurant, et jâinvite les propriĂ©taires Ă revoir immĂ©diatement leur chef. Ce genre de service ne devrait pas exister, ni pour les clients, ni pour lâimage de la cuisine italienne. Une insulte Ă ...
