Really amazing restaurant, even though the restaurant was nearly full we only waited 30 seconds for a table.

Afterwards we received a chefs greeting and a refreshment on the house.

We then ordered starters which came really quickly and the bruschetta was quite good and enough for 2 people.

The main dishes were also good. In addition the service was amazing. One member of our company ordered a wrong dish, it was 100% our fault(she doesn’t eat fish but ordered sth that included fish, as it was described in the menu). The restaurant took back the dish without hesitation or being offended. Additionally they did not only apologize multiple times for the „wait“ of the newly ordered dish (even though it was our fault and it was a normal preparation time) and they also brought the waiting person some ham(free of charge) to eat something while waiting. In the end they didn’t even include the first ordered dish on the bill.

This was the single best service I have experienced so far everyone was super friendly and informed. Overall 4 people apologized for the wait that was our fault, it just felt like they wanted us to feel good.

The second dish that was then served for the waiting person was amazing as well.

We will definitely come back. 5 stars. Great atmosphere, great food and...

As we walked the streets of Bardolino a storm was quickly approaching our heels. We entered this restaurants at the cause of its nothing short of spectacular reviews, and long line of course. The restaurant is quite popular; so expect some waiting before getting seated. As we waited we were offered some prosecco, orange juice for the kids, and an appetizer, on the house. The owner is jolly and greets everyone with a smile. Their pizza is great, and their pasta is amazing. But what struck us the most is the pricing. This restaurant makes its presence bold with reasonably priced dishes at around 10 euros a plate. However, do mind the 2 euro ”acquaintance” fee as a pre-billed tip. If you pay them a visit don’t forget to try their desserts at around 6 euros a plate. I really can’t recommend them enough and the bottle of limoncello served, on the house, served us as a cherry on top of the already...

The service at this pizzeria was genuinely pleasant – the staff was friendly, the service quick, and the welcome drink along with a few small bites at the beginning made a nice first impression. The ambiance is cozy, everything is clean and well-organized, and at first glance, it seems like a place where you’ll enjoy a good meal.

However, when the pizza arrived, the overall impression was quite average. It was fine – the dough wasn’t bad, the ingredients were decent, but overall, it lacked something that would make it stand out or make you want to come back just for the food. The flavor was neutral, without much character, and it felt like they were playing it safe, without much passion in the preparation.

For a casual evening or a quick bite, it’s perfectly okay, but if you’re looking for a truly memorable pizza experience – you might want to...

Great food, nice location and nice staff. We have tried a lot of different things on the menu as we went there 3 days in a row and everything was amazing. Their pizza is the thin and crunchy kind and not the fluffy neopolitan style, but still delicious with an incredible amount of options. They serve a free aperitivo (bread slices with mortadella, prosecco, lemonade for kids) and free grappa or limoncello (apple sorbet for kids) afterwards. Even the desserts are perfect with the semifreddo all'amaretto being our favorite. The only gripe we had is that they collect your plates pretty quickly which might be perceived as rushing you out at times. Seeing the amount of people waiting in line in front of the restaurant gives you a better understanding of why they do it, though.
