Worst Service Ever – Incompetent, Rude, and Completely Unfriendly to Families

We went to this restaurant with our young son, and it was a complete disaster. We waited over 45 minutes for our main course, even after repeatedly asking about it. Our first request was blatantly ignored. When we asked to cancel the meal, we were told several times, “Just one more minute” — but of course, nothing came.

Our son was almost falling asleep at the table from exhaustion. We then asked for the bill and said we’d take the food to go if it was ready immediately. Still, we had to ask for the check seven times before finally saying we would leave without paying if no one brought it. Only then did they react — not with professionalism, but with verbal insults and incredibly disrespectful behavior.

The service here is a disgrace: cold, careless, completely lacking empathy, and clearly not suited for families or anyone expecting basic decency. As for the food — greasy, generic, and clearly mass-produced with zero attention to quality. This place is about profit over people, plain and simple.

Bottom line: If you care about good service, decent food, or being treated like a human being — avoid this place...

This is the best restaurant in Bardolino and in my top 5 of all restaurants I've visited. The food is sensational: choice if wine, even by the glass is extensive (table wine is bardolino superiore and valpolicella and a very good amarone is available by the glass) ; the staff are attentive and friendly; location is great. If that isn't enough, we have a coeliac daughter and they go out of their way (without making any fuss) to accommodate gluten free needs - pizza and pasta available, and provide gf bread alongside the table bread. This had been a wonderful last night in bardolino for our family and would highly recommend this restaurant to any Italian food...

We had to wait 15 minutes for our table outside even though we specifically booked a table outside. Got a glass of prosecco and were left in the restaurant with waiters rushing by, noone telling us when and if the table would be ready. Finally we got our table, ordered extensively but weren't given much attention during our stay. The food was a bit of a mixed story. My mother got everything gluten free and all of it was good. The meat I got was disappointing, the grilled vegetables were cold, but the fish was very tasty. I am aware that you pay for the location, but there are other restaurants nearby with better food and similar prices. Overall a bit...

Walking past Biri, stopped to review menu as you do when on vacation. Damiano greeted us and made a few suggestions. Thank goodness he did. It was the best meal I’ve had in Bardolino. We proceeded to dine there another four times. A wonderful family run restaurant with amazing and friendly staff. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch. Mom and I had a few things, definite highlights were the salmon, lamb, rabbit ragu (Damiano recommended this one to us) and although a simple dish my mom always orders aglio e olio pasta, which she said was the best she had ever had. So flavourful. Will definitely be returning on our next trip to try more items.

Amazing food and outstanding service! Our food was absolutely delicious, my favourite from our trip to Bardolino so far! We were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and really made to feel special, the mussels starter was amazing and huge portion, well enough for two people. I had the fillet steak for main which was incredible! The staff were lovely, I was unlucky enough to be stung by a wasp whilst sat outside and the staff brought over antiseptic to clean the sting and relief cream, really went above and beyond! Great value for for the price:) Grazie mille 🥰
