Charming front-of-house service which unfortunately didn’t execute to the food. Poor presentation, inconsistent service - several tables received their meals before we even received our starters, even though they arrived and ordered after us. Witnessed a server accidentally break a wine glass while placing it down for a table setting, clearly he was injured, yet no other servers wanted to help him out until he came out with a few plates for another table and was dripping blood from his hand into the other table while placing down their orders 🤮. In all, not worth the price… unless you’d like swatting flies away from your dinner all evening. I ordered buratta which came with the saddest looking dried-up salad leaves and radicchio cup for the cheese. This place is fine for kids, it’s plain and...

We've been coming to this restaurant every time we stag in Bardalino. Service and food has always been good but unfortunately on this occasion the waiting time for our food was over an hour. When our food arrived one of the dishes had the wrong pasta. The waiter was very apologetic and said it was caused by a large party of 24 people who had arrived before us. There was an offer of a free dessert which we refused. There was a 15% discount off the bill though. It was a disappointing experience given we've always had good food and service here. Please don't let this review put you off going to the restaurant. Given we've been here quite a few times over many years I would still recommend it, the issue with the large party was hopefully a one off. I'm sure we will go back...

Wir waren 2 Minuten zu spät, weil wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden konnten. Der reservierte Tisch für 4 Personen war bereits neu vergeben worden. Nach 10 Minuten bekamen wir einen Tisch in einer Ecke. Der Service ist unfreundlich, bei der Bestellung muss alles sehr schnell gehen. Es wird einem kaum Zeit gelassen, die Speisekarte zu studieren. Wir bestellten Fisch. Der Geschmack war in Ordnung, aber der Fisch war nicht filetiert. Die Teller wurden abgeräumt, bevor alle am Tisch aufgegessen hatten. Es gab keinen Kaffee mehr, als der Tisch wieder weitergereicht wurde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Würde dieses Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.

Nous étions en retard de deux minutes parce que nous n'avons pas trouvé de place de parking à proximité. La table réservée pour 4 personnes avait déjà été réattribuée. Après 10 minutes, nous avons obtenu une table dans un coin. Le service n'est pas aimable, lors de la commande, tout doit aller très vite. On nous laisse à peine le temps d'étudier le menu. Nous avons commandé du poisson. Le goût était correct, mais le poisson n'était pas fileté. Les assiettes ont été débarrassées avant que tout le monde à table ait fini de manger. Il n'y avait plus de café quand la table a été redistribuée. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas du tout correct. Je ne recommanderais pas ce restaurant.

The service is unfriendly, everything has to be done very quickly when ordering. You are hardly given any time to study the menu. We ordered fish. The taste was okay, but the fish was not filleted. The plates were cleared before everyone at the table had finished eating. There was no more coffee when the table was passed on again. The price-performance ratio is not right at all. Would not recommend this...
