Arco della Neve — Restaurant in Bari

I recently visited Pizzeria Arco Della Neve, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pizza was outstanding, with the perfect balance of a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

However, what truly made our visit exceptional was the service provided by Mario, our waiter. Mario was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to recommend dishes based on our preferences, and his suggestions did not disappoint. Mario's warm personality and professionalism made us feel right at home, and his impeccable service truly elevated our dining experience.

If you're looking for delicious pizza and top-notch service, I highly recommend. And if you're lucky enough to have Mario as your waiter, you're in for a real treat!

When we got there, it looked like one of those classic Italian restaurants with warm light, a nice smell and a good vibe, and we were actually excited. But that didn’t last long. The disappointment hit fast. Honestly, the whole myth about amazing Italian restaurants is gone for me. I have the feeling the really good ones aren’t even in Italy anymore. Here they seem to think they can serve anything and people will love it just because it’s “Italian.” The food was terrible. They brought me some local pasta, I almost threw up. And that famous Italian wine everyone talks about? Awful. In Bulgaria we’d wash our feet with something like that before bed. And the pizza — come on, the neighbourhood pizzeria near my place makes a better one. This place should be shut down and left that way for the next...

came to quite empty restaurant,asked for pizza, panzeroti and pasta. first they forgot to bring water, first food - the portion of pasta came after 40 minutes, we noticed there is a chaos as there were only 2 waiters and restaurant got full and were confused with orders. Waiter told me 5 minutes for pizza, we waited another 30 min if no longer with no food coming. We didnt touch pasta as were hoping the rest of food is coming. Pasta got cold, our mood as well. I went to the waiter that we wanna pay for drinks, and leave , waiters started to argue and told me 5 minutes for pizza.. this was ridiculous situation, told them I wanna pay ,leave and never come back. We were really hungry and I Never had experience like this in Italy so far....
