No, no, no, just no!!
No, because the oven baked panzerotto has a watery centre that very rapidly changes the originally-crispy, wood-oven baked pastry into unappetizing plasticine within minutes.
No, because the nduja filling just isn't there. Nduja has a distinctive flavour that is unmistakable. This is just some fiery spice in an otherwise bland, gloopy mess. The panzerotto with stracciatella e pistacchio was equally soggy, and somehow managed to be even blander
No, because the scowling, inhospitable door staff has you doubting whether you are waiting in line at a restaurant or in line in a prison canteen where the guards are tired and ratty at the end of their shift.
No, because while you are trying to eat, the line of customers snaking through the tables waiting to order, oggle, point at you and openly discuss your food choices. Meanwhile on the periphery, groups of potential customers hover over the tables to pounce as soon as they perceive any movement of departure. Hardly an environment conducive to a pleasant dining experience.
I know this won't put off people who are after a cheap meal (which, after adding extra charges for eating at their tables, it really isn't). But, for anyone who is looking for good, well-cooked pizza dough, good raw ingredients and a good final...
Read moreThis pizza completely ruined my day. Just look at the picture, it speaks for itself. Almost no tomato sauce, the dough was dry and bad, and overall it tasted terrible.
On top of that, the menu inside clearly said €8 each for the pizzas we ordered, but we were charged €8.50 each. No explanation, no reason given. The waiting time was also ridiculously long.
Nothing about this was good, and I honestly feel cheated. Go literally anywhere else for a better pizza. Never coming back.

Your response only makes this worse. The pizzas were not carried upside down, and even if they had been, that does not excuse the horrible quality of the pizza.
As for the price, nowhere was it explained that the menu price of €8 suddenly becomes €8.50 because of “the container.” If there really is a charge for the box, it should be clearly stated and listed separately on the receipt. Hiding it in the pizza price is misleading at best. Customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for before ordering.
Looking at other negative reviews, I see a clear trend: every time someone leaves criticism, the owner dismisses it instead of taking responsibility. This shows that they do not care about improving and they do not care about the...
Read moreThe pizza itself was okay. While the flavor was passable, the dough was noticeably burned and the mushrooms on my pizza were clearly canned, not fresh, which was quite a letdown.
However, the most frustrating part of my visit was the treatment I received when I needed to use the restroom. I needed to go before ordering and after waiting 20 minutes for my pizza, I was practically about to pee myself. When I asked to use the toilet, the staff told me it was busy. I asked two more times and they finally admitted that they didn’t want to let me in because the toilet was in the kitchen area. This felt like a flimsy excuse and the lack of empathy and human decency was very unpleasant.
What’s worse, this seems to be an ongoing issue. I found multiple reviews dating even from two years ago where customers complained about the same toilet problem. The pizzeria claims they welcomed customers to use the toilet, but clearly, that’s not the case.
This kind of dishonesty and lack of basic customer service should be unacceptable for such a high...
