Caffè dell' Accademia — Restaurant in Bari

Was out and about for a fun walk in the old town of Bari when my girlfriend and I stumbled upon this little gem of a wine bar. Located through a little passage, we found a little piece of wine heaven.

We went in and asked for a rose wine since the weather was warm and we were in the mood for some. The very pleasant owner/ guy in the bar showed us some bottles and described them very well and asked us about our preference. We ordered a bottle for 28€ and it is one of the best rose wines I've ever had the pleasure of drinking.

As the last drips of the bottle were slithering down to my belly, we gathered our courage and started to write this rather drunken review.

The main advantage of the place is that it is located in a quiet place, away from the crowd and yet very central. Unfortunately, at the time of our visit the owners had decided to do some renovations and we listened to the sounds of sawing and drilling with a drill almost all the time spent.
