Factory Pub — Restaurant in Bari

We were looking for a bar to watch the Scotland football match and google suggested the Factory Pub. This was not a sports bar though. We ordered food from the young waitress who spoke really good English (Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿) I ordered a Bamburger which was well prepared and cooked to perfection. I finished with a tiramisu. The barman the offered us an aperitif. He first offered Irish Whiskey, until I suggested Scottish Whisky 🥃. Siamo stati in tre lo scorso sabato sera, abbiamo aspettato fuori solo 20 minuti, al tavolo 30 minuti scarsi per il cibo considerando il pienone di gente. La qualità del cibo davvero ottima, le patate al forno col bacon molto buone, l'hamburger classico preso da me mi ha soddisfatto molto, la carne molto buona e cotta perfettamente, crosticina fuori e morbido e succoso dentro, formaggio cheddar grazie a dio, e condimento giusto, difficile paragonarlo a mc donald o fast food o paninari vari, le bruschette sono fantastiche, ho assaggiato quella con carne e crema di fagioli, deliziosa, ho l'acquolina in bocca ancora!! Per quanto riguarda le bevande, c'è una vasta scelta di birre e altri drink alcolici compresi cocktail e liquori vari. L'atmosfera è accogliente, contenuto il look, molto sobrio, minimale e non troppo elegante, ben curato nei dettagli, bello il bancone bar e i menù sono molto ben fatti. Il servizio è stato molto buono, siamo stati serviti quasi immediatamente e con gentilezza, il proprietario è molto simpatico e disponibile, l'ho pure sentito sulla pagina facebook tramite messaggio per info sulla prenotazione. Alla fine non abbiamo pagato il coperto e abbiamo speso davvero poco per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Il panino con hamburger costa 6€, mentre "l'infartory" che sarebbe quello con due hamburger da 200gr l'uno e condimenti vari costa solo 6.50€, da non credere!! Le terrine in media 3.5€ e le birre 3.5/4€ in bottiglia (ma parliamo di birre serie). In conclusione sono molto soddisfatto e non vedo l'ora di tornarci per provare tutto quello che...

We are so happy we came here. We had read reviews and decided we had to check this place out it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual they have a great beer list. There menu was excellent we had 3 types of shareable apps which were simple but had great flavor. The staff is excellent they were very nice and had fun attitudes.
