KFC — Restaurant in Bari

Luckily there are few people when we got there. Satisfied especially on their chicken fillet. I just hope that their gravy is free and unlimited like in our country (Philippines). 😁

Going back to this review.. For the second time, we've had a very bad experience in this restaurant. First, my wife waited for the long queue and when her turn at the counter, the staff told her to go to another line because they are closing the counter and you already waited for more than 30 minutes.. tsk The second time is when we have a bulk order and waited for so long plus we cannot eat inside anymore because they are closing soon. And they SERVED us LAST because (their reason is) we have many orders even there are queue numbers.. A really BAD experience. We' re not going...

Io ed un amico abbiamo prenotato tramite APP ufficiale KFC Italia un menù sostanzioso nella modalità ASPORTO in ottemperanza al D.P.C.M. Tutto squisito cionondimeno segnalo che non è stato possibile fruire del - Free Refill - famoso nei KFC italiani nonché internazionali il quale consente sostanzialmente di accedere GRATIS a tutte le bevande come aranciata et similia però nel KFC in questione erano disponibili soltanto le bevande confezionate in lattina che vanno, come da policy aziendale, pagate a parte. La poca chiarezza sta nel fatto che non c'è scritto da NESSUNA PARTE l'indisponibilità del - Free Refill - cosa che può trarre in inganno i consumatori altresì non è dato sapere perché l'addetta alla vendita in cassa non abbia preso un bicchiere classico per riempito con la propria bevanda preferita oltretutto così facendo di fatto non ha proposto alternative varie ed eventuali a noi clienti finali. Osservando le più rigide disposizioni in materia di sanificazione anti-COVID a mio modesto parere opinabile il problema, se così vogliamo definirlo non sussisterebbe. Attendo la risposta ufficiale dall'ufficio stampa al quale ho inviato PEC con scontrino e relative immagini dell'ordine prima della consumazione riservandomi di aggiornare codesto feedback compatibilmente con l'eventuale riscontro ricevuto ai sensi di legge.

Sono stato in diversi KFC in giro per il mondo ed apprendo che finalmente dopo mesi ha aperto ufficialmente la location in Bari. Non appena sarò in zona farò un salto al quale seguirà l'aggiornamento della mia recensione.

Da questo autunno nel KFC ci sono lavori in corso, ad oggi non è ancora aperto al pubblico e qui sorge il dubbio. Aprirà davvero primo o poi? Parlando del KFC in generale in altre località mi sono sempre trovato bene quindi sarebbe l'ideale per gustare ottimi filetti di pollo impanati e tante altre sfiziosità diverse dai classici fast food... Aggiornerò la recensione quando (spero) sorgerà questo nuovo locale...

First piece of advice, do not pay in cash, otherwise, you won't have your meals. Horrific service, one person doing the till and preparing orders at noon. Forty-five minutes later, a second mber of staff joined in. But still, she wouldn't let me pay in cash, and the first assistant disappeared. Still one person doing everything and the place was packed. A normal meal costs almost 12 euros, a good pizza is between 4.50 to 9 euros. Ketchup, mayonnaise etc are extra. Free WiFi for a while, the toilets are locked. Minute pieces of chicken wings....
