Disorganised, rude, they could not hear the orders and almost blamed it on us because "the music is too loud", as if they weren't the ones controlling it (this was at 10am by the way). They didn't know if they could make a toast. When they finally found out it took a very long time to prepare. But the best part is this: a woman next to us ordered a coffee. The barista went to put it on the bar but spilled it instead. It was just thanks to some pretty good Matrix moves and sheer luck that the customer didn't get the whole coffee on her clothes. Barista did not apologise, instead she blamed it on the bar that was too wide. When the customer complained, she replied "you didn't even get too much coffee on you, why are you still talking"? I honestly thought she would get slapped, but it was obviously her lucky day, as the customer just turned back and left. We will definitely be back to watch the...

Visited 2 times. First time, the guy was friendly and happily accommodated for food requirement and made me a mozzarella and tomato sandwich. The price is expensive, spent €6 on that. Also basic can of drink is €2-4 when in shops it’s less than €1. Generally felt okay with the atmosphere the first visit.

Second visit was not great. The young blonde girl was rude and obnoxious. Definitely does not know anything about customer service. She would talk very loud and make it an unpleasant environment. It was very clear she was more interested in playing loud music and screaming along with it.

Not sure I would ever recommend to anyone...

Premetto che sono stata qui solo una volta, dunque la mia recensione si basa su quest'unica esperienza, che però non ho intenzione di ripetere dato che non si è rivelata per me per nulla soddisfacente. C'è molta scelta, ma i prezzi sono davvero esagerati manca il servizio al tavolo. Nulla di così particolare, ma dato che comunque i prezzi sono davvero esagerati, almeno quello sarebbe gradito. Anche pagando qualche decina di centesimi di più. Eppure ero anche l'unica nel bar, non costava nulla portarmi letteralmente una tazzina. Per tutto il tempo che sono rimasta lì, circa un'oretta, lo staff ha cantato in continuazione urlando, parlato dei fatti loro sempre urlando e addirittura un componente è uscito per andare a visitare una casa, fornendo poi la recensione del luogo, che ho appunto dovuto ascoltare anch'io. Il tutto mentre ero stanca, stavo subendo lo sciopero dei treni, non sapevo quando sarei tornata a casa e avevo già affrontato un'intera giornata lavorativa. Al momento del pagamento un membro dello staff anziché farmi lo scontrino e farmi andar via, ha preso i soldi e ha continuato a parlare dei fatti loro con gli altri, facendomi attendere. Poi finalmente ha segnato in cassa la mia ordinazione e mi ha nuovamente fatto attendere per gli stessi motivi, prima di effettivamente darmi lo scontrino. Un'operazione di pochi secondi è durata minuti perché chi ci lavora doveva fare salotto, come del resto ha fatto per tutto il tempo che sono stata lì.
