Pizzeria Enzo e Ciro — Restaurant in Bari

The most important part: This was the best pizza I had in Bari and one of the best pizzas I’ve had ever. It was like a crispier Neapolitan style such that the crust could stand on its own with almost no flop and was just truly delicious. This is not really a touristy place, we may have been the only tourists there, but the servers were still very friendly to us… no idea what some of these other reviews were talking about. Respect the fact that you’re in Italy, try to speak a little Italian, and it will go a long way.

A cozy pizzeria in Bari with excellent food and great service. Our grilled smoked cheese appetizer set the tone for nice dining, and the following pizzas didn't disappoint. The pizza menu is massive, with standard mozzarella pizzas, pizzas with mozzarella di bufala, and stracciatella pizzas as a base, with all kinds of selected Italian ingredients on top, from bresaola to eggplant and from truffles to prosciutto. I don't like being fooled and sadly that's my experience from this place.

I ordered 250 ml of wine and received half of it (as per photo). When I told the waiter there's no way it was 250 ml, he claimed it was. I worked as a bartender and know the volume of a regular white wine glass. When I insisted it was not what I ordered, baffled, he asked if I expect him to top it up, without showing any sign of being sorry.
