The karaoke is too loud but luckily there is another room where you can actually talk with other people without having to scream to be heard. I am a smoker but I still had trouble breathing there since you are able to smoke inside (even in the "non smoking room"). The real problem was that if you wanted to go outside there is a high chance you will not be able to get in again (the bouncer said that if you go out, you can't go back in. weird), so if you're having trouble breathing you are trapped in there. Mi sento in dovere di informare la comunità di Bergamo riguardo un'esperienza estremamente negativa vissuta presso questo locale. I prezzi applicati sono assolutamente fuori mercato e le pratiche commerciali adottate risultano, a mio parere, ingannevoli.

Fatti oggettivi: Addebito di €30 per un semplice gin tonic doppio (prezzo nettamente superiore alla media di mercato) Conto totale di €40 per la consumazione di un gin tonic, patatine fritte e una bottiglietta d'acqua Offerta di uno "sconto" di €1 seguita da un addebito finale di €41 (superiore a quanto comunicato verbalmente)

Quando ho fatto presente l'incongruenza dei prezzi, la risposta è stata evasiva, con la dipendente che ha affermato che avrebbe "rimesso di tasca propria" per offrire uno sconto, procedura quantomeno inusuale in un esercizio commerciale professionale.

Al controllo dello scontrino a casa, ho constatato che mi è stato addebitato €1 in più rispetto a quanto concordato verbalmente.

Invito tutti i consumatori a prestare massima attenzione ai prezzi prima di ordinare in questo locale e a verificare attentamente gli importi addebitati prima di effettuare il pagamento.

Ho segnalato l'accaduto alle associazioni di consumatori locali per le opportune verifiche.

PS proprietario mort di fame che addebita un euro in più e mi strappa la carta di credito dalla mano. Questo posto...

Horrible experience. The karaoke guy was extremely rude and unprofessional: they need to teach staff to treat people with respect. I will definitely never come back here (even if it were free) and will advise everyone I know not to as well. Service stinks and prices are too high.
