La mia esperienza in questo bar, una settimana fa, è stata davvero spiacevole. Ero con un amico, entrambi con la nostra tuta da lavoro , e volevamo semplicemente prendere un caffè. Questo bar è spesso frequentato da persone che lavorano negli uffici della zona, ma ciò non dovrebbe giustificare alcuna differenza di trattamento tra i clienti. Al momento di chiedere il conto, la cameriera più giovane , almeno a vista sembrava così (erano in due) ha reagito in modo del tutto inappropriato: con tono irritato e quasi gridando mi ha detto “Un attimo, sto con la signora prima”. Avevo solo chiesto se potevo pagare, pensando che la cliente al bancone stesse semplicemente bevendo il suo caffè e non fosse impegnata in una conversazione con lei. La cameriera ci ha poi guardati con evidente disprezzo, ha sbuffato, ha detto “Santa pazienza” e ha iniziato a sospirare come se fossimo un disturbo. Un comportamento maleducato e poco professionale, che non dovrebbe esistere in nessun locale, indipendentemente da come uno è vestito o dal lavoro che fa. Un episodio davvero negativo che mi ha lasciato un’impressione pessima. Non tornerò e non posso consigliare questo...
