No joke... one the top 3 food experience of my life. The home made salami, the pasta and the wine you could die for. Many local people there so i figured it out that this is no tourist buissiness. A family restaurant since 1969 that you really feel in their cookingspirit. How is the rest of the trip going to top this...

Esperienza al limite del carnevalesco. Proprietario irrispettoso e scorbutico, ha più volte intimato una tavolata di 15 persone (che lui stesso ha deciso di prendere) di farli alzare perché, a suo giudizio, le conversazioni dei commensali erano "troppo alte (nonostante fosse una festa di laurea che lui stesso ha accettato...) Il gentile proprietario ha inoltre fatto pagare 2 antipasti monoporzione e dei taglieri di salumi 60 euro a testa. Alla nostra tavolata non è stato nemmeno consentito di prendere un caffe o un amaro, ma il conto di 80 euro a persona di certo non se lo sono scordati. Esperienza sconsigliata a chiunque voglia passare una cena piacevole con la possibilità di conversare senza essere insultato. P.S. non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento tale, nemmeno al mercato del pesce di Catania, e bisogna essere senza vergogna per definire, con parole sue, il locale "un posto speciale". A mai...
