An entirely gluten free bakery with a variety of options and a great price! Everything is fresh with quality ingredients and most have lactose free options too! Amazing bakery (and I would say restaurant because their savory option of pizza and focaccia are also incredible) with a modern but cozy vibe. Sono celiaca da 28 anni e ogni tanto frequento questo poco.. ma mi rendo conto che la qualità diminuisce sempre di più. Di solito prendo da asporto per il pranzo e qualche dolcetto. Un esempio... Quest' estate avevo preso una buonissima pizza con ingredienti di qualità altissima e qualche biscotto che mi era piaciuto poco perché troppo secco.. Oggi ho comprato un tortino al pistacchio e sapeva di torta paradiso un po' secca ma sicuramente non di pistacchio. Ho poi preso un brownie che tutto sommato era buono. E ho poi preso la pizza che vedete in foto. Pizza secca, ho provato anche a scaldarla ma sembrava proprio una pizza del giorno prima.

Non è l'unico forno a Bergamo ma è un dispiacere che un posto così carino non sforni qualcosa di altissimo livello. Gli ingredienti sono sempre freschi, nulla da dire in merito però ci vorrebbe un po' più attenzione. Anche la scelta spesso è pochissima.

Tornerò comunque perché ci spero sempre dopo la pizza di questa estate di ritrovare qualcosa di quel livello.
