Ristorante Shiva — Restaurant in Bergamo

Food was unfortunately disappointing and very blend. It does feel lack of salt and the spices are just not there. The veggie korma was tasteless and so was the daal. The chicken tandoori and lamb curry were ok but overall the food was just meh. It’s also not the best place to bring a toddler since they don’t have baby seats. So unfortunately it was very stressful with the also relatively slow service in a rather empty restaurant. The service are nice though and I appreciate them being friendly and tolerant with our child. We didn’t manage to give them the feedback because we had to leave in a rush. But I do hope they could improve and if so we would certainly give it...

I went with three of my other friends and we all are Asian. The waiter treated us as if we were there to eat for free. Complementary starter and water were served to all the other foreign guest but we weren't served anything.On top of that, when we asked the waiters to change our table because the guest infront of us were too loud, they asked to change to transfer all the plates and cutlery by ourselves to move to a new table which was too odd.Even they brought us the wrong bill and didn't even apologized for that

Many negatives: very rude and racist waiters. Guy with short hair (almost bald) who handles the bar needs special mention. Never seen such arrogant person in any restaurant in Europe. Note to him: not everyone who comes to your restaurant is your competitor who want to destroy your business, you are very well doing it mate. food is average. very small portions for the price. service was very slow for an empty restaurant.
