This Starbucks in Bergamo is a solid option if you’re looking for a familiar stop with all the usual comforts. It’s well located and easy to reach, whether you’re heading to the airport or exploring the city. The place is spacious, with two floors and plenty of seating, which makes it a great spot for working, meeting friends, or just taking a break.

The staff have always been friendly and professional during our visits. The café is clean and well maintained, including the toilets, which were relatively clean for a high-traffic location.

Prices are what you’d expect from Starbucks in Italy – not cheap, but standard and predictable. There are enough power outlets, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is a big plus for digital nomads or anyone needing to catch up on work.

We’ve been here several times already and will definitely come again. It’s a reliable place with a comfortable atmosphere and everything you’d expect from the brand. Nothing extraordinary, but consistently good – and sometimes that’s exactly...

This is perhaps the coziest Starbucks i have experienced in Italy. Everything is very clean and tidy. Staff is extremely friendly, willing to accomodate customer needs, and the atmosphere is nowhere near the impersonality of other SB joints. Upstairs is quiet and very good for work/study (but please keep your voice down!). Downstairs there's slightly more movement. This bipartition actually works very well: my 5yo daughter can be playful (while respectful) downstairs and she always feels at home; when I'm alone I work comfortably upstairs. Very good pain au chocolat. A couple vegetarian options for lunch (salad/sandwiches). Only drawback: only 2hrs of wifi, which makes it inconvenient for long work stretches (but you can always get a new code with a new drink)....

You know, this is probably the best Starbucks location in Italy. Unlike Milano ones, it’s not overcrowded and pretty clean. Has two floors with all sorts of seats. Staff is very nice, especially the cleaning ladies! The prices for food are little high, but I mean… this is Starbucks, that’s expected. The place is always cool in hot weather and warm in cold weather. Wifi works well. They have big selection of cups and tumblers to buy. Drinks are good too. I only wish they had more variety of sweets and food. Maybe something seasonal? But thats on Starbucks as a company, not this...
