Warning: OVERPRICED TOURIST TRAP! Disappointing and a waste of money. My husband liked his panino, but you can get that anywhere in Bologna Centro. I was so turned off at how tiny the wine pour was so it set the whole thing off. After eating here and as I wandered more, I realized how much I regret choosing this place as my first tip in Bologna. Overpriced for the same items elsewhere. The service speaks for itself in the other reviews, so I’ll spare you on that.
Updated: Thank you Bologna Food Gallery for your response, but RECEIVING WHAT YOU PAY FOR isn’t a “personal preference” and as seen in the photo there actually wasn’t a line on the glass. For this reason, my sib-par...

Parmigiana 2.0 features layers of tender eggplant and semi-dry cherry tomatoes, perfectly baked with just the right balance of acidity from the tomato sauce and richness from the stretchy fior di latte.
What sets it apart is the unexpected yet delightful base: a perfectly baked pizza crust, paired with a velvety crema di Parmigiano Reggiano and a drizzle of fragrant extra virgin olive oil.
The textures and flavours blend comfort and elegance on a single plate. The portion was generous without...
