I had a very disappointing experience at this place due to the careless attitude towards my order. I asked for a takeaway oat milk cappuccino, but they initially made it with regular milk. Then I noticed they tried to redo it using soy milk — clearly leftover from other customers. I specifically asked again if it was oat milk, and they said yes. But when I tasted it, it was obviously soy. I told them, and instead of making a new drink, they just added some oat milk on top of the soy one. I’ve never experienced such negligence before. What if someone had a soy allergy? This could have led to a serious health issue. I will not be...

I don’t usually go to places that have low reviews, but I made an exception for this. Oh boy. Shouldn’t have. The service was actually good, my coffee turned out lukewarm and I asked them to warm it up, they did (by adding hot milk in it), the coffee didn’t taste good before, it was worse now. I had a latte machiatto and two pastries. I couldn’t finish any of the meals. The pastries did not taste fresh at all. I could actually bet that they were not made that day. Unfortunately there’s a significant amount of homeless people and they will come in to ask for food from the customers. Just not a pleasant...

Incredibly slow service, and below average pastries.

I got a cream donut, which had no cream in it (see pictures), and for which I had to wait over 10 minutes, because of the slow cashier. They have quite a generous collection of food and pastries, but they are unfortunately not too qualitative, and in my case, what you get is not what you ask for.

The place is quite large and the atmosphere isn’t half bad, but the products were a huge letdown, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend this spot while you’re waiting...
