Bon Ramen — Restaurant in Bologna

Very good hand-pulled noodles, professional service, modern elegant decor, clean restaurant. Street parking is available, but difficult.

The food was served hot and with good presentation. The taste and quality were good. The noodles has a good chewy texture. The meat dishes were tasty as well.

The servers, host, and the cooks in the display window were warm and charming. The service was quick, classy, and attentive. They even give you a choice as to the thickness of the noodles. The atmosphere was modern and elegant, with soft music in the background.

The only downside is that the signage outside is too modest, and does not accurately depict what a great place this is.

Overall, a very nice and relaxing meal in an elegant restaurant.

Il cibo era buono, ma la donna che ci ha servito ci ha truffato. Dopo aver ordinato un ramen alle verdure, che aveva il tofu tra gli ingredienti, ha inventato una scusa dicendo che "non mettono sempre il tofu nel ramen, dipende se ce l'hanno, bisogna chiederlo", il che non ha senso. Dopo averle detto che avrei gradito il tofu nel mio, ho finito per pagare extra per il tofu - che avrebbe dovuto comunque far parte del ramen che avevo ordinato, come indicato sul menù. Purtroppo mi sono accorta di questa cosa solo una volta arrivata a casa. Non apprezzo la mancanza di trasparenza ed essere presa in giro. Non tornerò.

The food was good, however the woman serving us scammed us. After ordering vegetable ramen, which had tofu listed among the ingredients, she made up a sketchy excuse saying that “they don’t always put tofu in ramen, it depends on whether they have it, you have to ask for it” which doesn’t make sense anyways. After telling her that I would’ve liked tofu in mine, I ended up paying extra for the tofu - which should have been part of the dish anyways. Unfortunately I only noticed once I was already back home. I don’t appreciate the lack of transparency and being scammed. I will...

Abbiamo cenato qui la settimana scorsa con un amico, perché stavamo sperimentando i diversi ramen in giro per Bologna. Abbiamo preso un ramen con brasato, €16, che il ramen che era spesso attorcigliato e qualche volta anche attaccato tra loro, che si vuol dire freschezza però non è stato così semplice da mangiare, senza togliere che rispetto ad altri ramen mangiati in giro, e la porzione mi è sembrata anche piccola, nonostante il prezzo fosse il più alto visto in giro, 2 polpette teste di leone, buone, €7, l’uovo al thè, non male, 1.50€, maiale fritto, €8, buono, shao mai, 4.50€, standard, wonton di carne €10, buoni e particolari, gamberi gratinati, erano ok anche se sinceramente ne mettono davvero pochi e poi c’è tanto condimento che resta lì nel piatto e che fa sembrare abbondante la porzione, €10, un ramen con fagioli e carne, €13, che mi è piaciuto di più rispetto all’altro ma niente di entusiasmante.
