Very impressed. Caterina was very helpful with all booking and answering questions, always a speedy response. Amazing and lovely place to stay, Valerio was very helpful with check in and out. The rooms were clean well lit and presented. the reception area had tea and coffee facilities and a place to cook, which was a nice touch. Lovely decor. The location was great 10 min walk into central bologna and easy access to the train station. We celebrated a birthday in the restaurant; the food selection was small but food was high quality and the wine was very well selected. The staff in restaurant were lovely and the vibe was chilled and pleasant. Would recommend all round to...

Dirty, IKEA furniture and bedding, no personell. Location only thing going for them. You can do better, Bologna is a small town so rather widen the search than stay in this petty establishment. Claimed I had to replace bedding for a soy stain, any professional hospitaly provider knows this is collateral damage. Was invoiced 33% over the given price to cover this cost. They'll probably answer 'you stained the sheet', but I have never in 20 years encountered 1)this ludicrous claim (bedding paper thin and threadbare, the stuff you pay 20€ for in any textile shop) 2) it took 4 interactions with them to even get the invoice....
