I've decided to leave a feedback in regards to this property due to the INCONVENIENCES with Canton De'Fiori. When we get there we realized that the pictures we saw on Booking there were just a collage of the positive things from multiple apartments that the manager owns in that building, taken from the distance, but not describing a specific one, the one for which you are paying a lot of money. They tried to impress us with the view and the position of the apartment, to close our eyes and accept the crappy things they were offering.||We booked a SUPERIOR APARTMENT according to the platform and we got a HORRIBLE one, DIRTY, DUSTY, VERY OLD FURNITURE NOT RESTORED AT ALL (I'm mentioning that I appreciate and like vintage things but needs to be restored in order to be safe and working properly), SOFA FULL OF STAINS, RUSTY COFFEE MACHINE, LOCK DOOR NOT WORKING (THE OWNER REFUSED TO FIX IT), CRUMBLING WALLS, LAMPS WITHOUT BULBS. On top of these, during our first night the electricity went down when we tried to turn on the light in the bedroom. In the second nigh the hot water at the shower went out suddenly, came back only in the morning.||My recommendation is if you want to book here please avoid the flat no. 28 and ask for real time pictures or videos.I'm shocked that Booking is tolerating these kind of situations, they don't verify at all the description content of the property offers, they are just a simple platform,getting their commission. We got in touch with Booking for support to get a refund from the owner, but not success, we spent 2 days having many conversions and messages we got only 25 euro credit, that is a very bad joke! They were hesitating calling the owner, no strong negotiation.Of course, the owner rejected any refund they don't speak English only Italian, it's a just a strategy. I went for a coffee once, picked it up from the guy and took it and sat at a place to end up having a waiter over my head, asking me to pay 1⏠more because I'm drinking the coffee sitting down. In general, I hate that rule because it only works in the zone around piazza maggiore and all those coffee shops will get low ratings from me but that place is particularly horrible because I didn't know and it's half tabaccheria so we're not getting a full fledged coffee shop experience anyway and the cashier didn't ask me before if I want to sit down or drink at the bar and the usual 'Imma take it to your table' excuse/service they go with doesn't apply here.
