Bar La Linea — Restaurant in Bologna

Well placed bar, the bald waiter with tattoos and a earring charged us a higher price than the one that the menu said for the AperoOls. When we noticed and asked why, he made up a bunch of ridiculous excuses (such as: on weekends is more expensive, they forgot to change the menu on the wall, in others bars is more expensive...).

He got very upset when he had to admit what he did and had to charge us less for the next round to cover up for the scam, starting to talk to us badly and told us to leave after the second round. Also, the waiters threw some water at our table from inside.

It looks like they don't like foreigners that complain when are cheated. Be aware of...

I was shocked to see so many mixed reviews, I literally came back here 4 times in my 3 days in Bologna. It has a nice, busy authentic vibe, and I feel like most of the comments critiquing the service are from Americans, who have a different serving culture. The staff were all super friendly and kind. The coffee was brilliant, and the most affordable I’ve had yet, the aperol spritz is also only 5 euros and actually really great, I’ve had much weaker ones for higher prices. Il primo di gennaio, la mattina presto, ho dimenticato al locale la borsa. è stata trovata dai lavoranti,messa da parte dietro al bancone e non nello stanzino degli oggetti smarriti,il giorno 2 gennaio,nonché ieri,chiamo al locale che mi rassicura dicendo che è stata trovata e messa da parte,ma la sera la borsa non c era più e la risposta è stata "se non c è sarà stata buttata,dal 31 di gennaio ad oggi che è il 2 aveva tempo per venire e prendersela!" . Nella borsa c erano solo cosmetici di valore,all'incirca 200 euro tra profumo e cosmetici di marca Mac, nuovi! Ora,che sia solo una borsa senza portafogli,chiavi e oggetti importanti fa lo stesso. Ma che un locale perda una borsa lasciata li e mi risponda che la mia chiamata (dal 1 mattina al 2 mattina decorrono 24 ore!!!) era stata fatta troppo tardi non giustifica il fatto che la borsa è stata trovata li e poi fatta sparire. Si chiama furto. Ma come,nello stanzino si tengono guanti,sciarpe e oggetti smarriti e una borsetta sparisce??? Bah, mi sembra strano!!! L'assurdità arriva poi quando il personale si incazza anche perché io rivoglio indietro la borsa,rispondendo che "per una borsa anche senza portafoglio si fa tanto casino". Si,al giorno d'oggi per me 200 euro di valore all'interno sono soldi! La borsa è mia e non devo spiegare perché la voglio indietro,è stata trovata li e ci dovrebbe essere,senza che i dipendenti aggrediscano chi ha lasciato li una borsa che gli è stata "smarrita" proprio da loro! Un locale e chi lavora con il pubblico dovrebbe saper chiedere scusa o per lo meno risarcire,dato che la borsa è stata aperta e sapevano che non avevo dentro il portafogli!- denuncia...
