Venchi Cioccolato e Gelato — Restaurant in Bologna

The staff working here is RACIST and one of your workers made my partner cry. Me and my girlfriend waited in line for about 10 minutes to get icecream today. I told the blonde young woman working here that I would like 2 cups and I started telling her the aromas I wanted. She was irritated and she stopped me, saying that I will tell her colleague what I want after paying. I pay for both me and my partner and wait for our turn to pick the aromas and leave. One of the workers finished doing my cup after I showed her the receipt and I went outside with my icecream, because it was very crowded. I left my girlfriend inside to choose her aromas, because I already paid and that worker had the receipt. The worker started cooking pancakes and she was replaced by the blonde lady that was rude at the beginning. She asked my partner where the receipt is and she shamed her publicly for not having it with her, as if she didn’t pay. I didn’t know, because I was outside. The receipt was at her colleague and she didn’t pay attention, so she treated my partner like shit and rolled her eyes, telling her to rush in picking the aromas she wants. Is this the kind of behaviour you want your workers to have?! My partner got out of your shop crying because your worker made her feel embarassed. Hire workers that can do their job. Several people saw her crying after she got out of your shop so I assume that wasn’t the best for your...

Venchi is an absolute must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!

The staff here were the absolute best!!! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I was lucky to have the most wonderful lady helping me. She was all smiles, making my experience here even better.

They source fine cocoa, fresh milk, and other premium ingredients to create their gelato, resulting in rich flavors and a luxurious texture.

The place looks so nice, it feels good just by staying in the shop. Although, by judging from the shop's style looks like it's some kind of luxury/expensive Gelato shop, but in reality the prices are normal if not low.

I took the following ice-cream flavours: -Mango -Gianduiotto and I have to say that both of them tastes so well. It's definitely top quality Ice-cream.

The only problem is that the shop is small to welcome all the costumers, so in weekends you could find long queues (primary because of tourists I guess).
