I had an incredible dining experience , from the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with the rich aroma of authentic Italian cuisine filling the air.

What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. Our waitress, a charming blonde woman that made the night even more special. She was attentive, friendly, and had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and she always checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive.

Sono passato qui a mangiare poco tempo fa. Il voto è una media tra il cibo (la pizza era abbastanza buona nella media: diciamo un 3 stelle) ed il servizio (1 stella). Su quest’ultimo mi voglio spiegare:

1. Ordino due focacce, ma una delle due che mi arriva non è quello che ho ordinato. Per di più quella sbagliata era della mia ragazza che è vegetariana, quindi siamo costretti ad ordinare una terza focaccia visto che la ragazza al banco (Giulia immagino) sostiene che sia io ad aver ordinato male. Boh, sarà. A casa mia il cliente ha sempre ragione, e non ho prove che l’errore sia mio e non suo. Ma vabbè.
2. Poi vado per pagare e chiedo quindi di portar via la terza focaccia “sbagliata”. La ragazza aveva le mani in pasta. Me la impacchetta e mi consegna un imballaggio tutto unto (gocciolava di olio). Visto che lo devo mettere nello zaino con i vestiti, chiedo quindi di poterlo rifare io che almeno ho le mani pulite (me lo sono impacchettato io).
3. Per concludere in bellezza, io dovevo prendere il treno, quindi chiedo se con quell’imballaggio semplice (di carta) durava fino a sera. “Si si certo dura fino a domani”. Torno a casa la sera, lo metto in frigo e il giorno dopo era già andato a male. Morale della favola: “il cliente ha sempre ragione”. Può essere pure che sono io ad aver sbagliato l’ordine, ma se un cliente ti dice che quello è l’ordine sbagliato mi dispiace ma lo porti indietro e ne prepari un altro (essendo pure una facaccia non un piatto tre...

This is one of my favorite pizza places in town! The pizza is always made with fresh ingredients and the taste is amazing. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The sauce is flavorful and the cheese is gooey and melted.
