Such an unpleasant experience in such a beautiful place. The location of this bar is very advantageous - the city center and a large flow of people. I understand that on Sunday you have a lot of guests, but… the waiters are absolutely incompetent at their job. It was yesterday. I wanted to drink wine with my friend and eat some snacks. We asked where we could sit, they seated us at a table, but no one brought the menu until we found it ourselves. We ordered wine and some snacks. we wanted salami and cheese, but they brought us chips and nuts. but okay with that. The most important thing is we found a hair in the small pizza. the waiter didn't even apologize, took the plate away and said he would bring another. No, we didn't want another! We waited for a while, the waiter didn't come to us anymore, we decided to go to the toilet. Apericena di qualità, un po' rompiscatole però. Pochissima gentilezza verso il cliente. E' la terza volta che provo a venire a fare apericena qui. La prima volta erano le 20:30 e mi dissero che dopo mezz'ora avrebbero chiuso quindi non facevamo in tempo a farlo. La seconda volta provai a prenotare ma era nel weekend e mi risposero che non accettavano prenotazioni (chissà per quale motivo), finalmente adesso ci sono stato infrasettimanalmente e stavolta la prenotazione me l'hanno accettata. Eravamo in 3, abbiamo fatto aperitivo a 10€ prezzo fisso, onesto vista la qualità dei coctkail ma soprattutto del buffet, decisamente sopra la media rispetto agli altri apericena bolognesi. Unica pecca nel buffet è la mancanza totale di carne/affettati, per prediligere invece primi come pasta ai funghi e cous cous, fritture varie come verdure in pastella, olive all'ascolana e patate. Inoltre ti portano una gustosa pizzetta in tagliere al tavolo, molto apprezzata. Infine ci sono anche dei dolcetti compresi nel caffè, tipo pasticcini, cannoli o pezzi di ciambella fritta. Fin qui tutto ok, ma poi alle 21:15 in punto viene il tipo e ti caccia dal locale, non ne vuol sapere niente. Non capisco questa scelta di mandare via i clienti ad un orario così giovane, visto che tutti gli altri locali ti lasciano stare tranquillamente ad oltranza. Soprattutto visto il fatto che 21:15 è pieno orario di apericena, in altri locali si entra addirittura a quest'ora qui per farlo. Altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta per niente, è che quando ci ha chiesto il pagamento ANTICIPATO rispetto all'arrivo dei cocktail, il camerierre ha preso dalla mano di uno di noi 50€ perchè non li avevamo cambi, senza dire niente, e si è messo a girare i vari tavoli a raccogliere i soldi uno alla volta come fosse una colletta per la chiesa, bruttissimo come gesto. 10 minuti dopo, quando ancora non ci aveva portato il resto, gli chiediamo se appunto ce lo potesse portare e la risposta è stata: "ah ma i resti li gestisce la mia collega, quando son pronti ve li porto", come se ci volesse molto a prendere 20€ dalla cassa per portarli al tavolo. Quindi a parte questa poca gentilezza e questo disinteresse per la tranquillità del cliente e verso la sua serenità di fare un aperitivo senza fretta, è di sicuro un posto di qualità...

We ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissants inside, I also asked if we should order at the desk or wait for the waiter. The waitress said just sit down and she will come. Then we asked after the coffees were served if we can sit outside, the waitress said yes and nothing else. Then after 2 minutes she came and said rudely to pay now. The bill was 9 euros and did not match the prices written on the menu (we should have paid 5.4 according to the menu- the coffee was almost double priced). Then we asked for explanation and they said if we sit outside, that is the price - nowhere written, even we asked the waitress if we can sit outside- not even mentioned it.
