DISASTER!!! 😡 We waited one hour for basic hot sandwiches! At the same time, a group of tourists from Hungary was also waiting – total chaos and complete disregard for guests. When we complained, the owner actually told us to go to a supermarket if we didn’t like it!!! This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.

Siamo arrivati alle 14:30. Ci è stato detto che ci sarebbe stata mezz’ora (sottolineo, mezz’ora) d’attesa per mangiare, nessun problema, ci siamo seduti. I panini sono arrivati alle 15:40. Buoni, per carità, ma la bontà passa in secondo piano. Facciamo notare e ci viene risposto che è impossibile, che siamo stati avvertiti che ci sarebbe voluto più di un’ora e la ragazza continua a controbattere. Molto semplice, se ci avessero avvisato che ci sarebbe voluta un’ora e dieci per due semplici panini non ci saremmo mai seduti. Come se non bastasse (eravamo all’esterno), si scorge la signora all’interno urlare “eee sono in vacanzaaaa tutti hanno fretta, dovevano andarsene subito!”.
