I purposely traveled to Bracciano from Rome to see the castle and it's artwork. It was closed. I was disappointed but found another treasure in Salotto Belvedere. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and attentive and solicitous. The food was beyond outstanding in presentation and amazing experiences of flavor. The location and ambience also contributed to my time there. Even the music was great! My words here don't do the experience justice. I am from the NYC area and have lived in Rome for three months. A must go restaurant! We were strolling around trying to find the perfect spot and food! We made the best choice. Not only delicious food but also exceptionally friendly service. They recommended us traditional selection of cheese and wines! They did translate and explain everything to us in English! Gioia recommended us an amazing wine, Antonio, Michele and Stella were fast and super friendly! I also bought some delicious homemade biscuits to bring back home, make sure you buy some! We loved this restaurant so much! Every dish they serve is so lovingly crafted ♡ The ingredients are responsibly sourced from local producers, and you can honestly taste the quality in every bite.

The owner gave us excellent wine pairing recommendations for each course, which elevated each dish up to the next level. Also, the tiramisu was absolute perfection, so don’t skip dessert! She made everything from scratch, including the delectable little biscuits.
