I visited this place on my way back to the station on a day trip to Brindisi when I was studying Italian in Mesagne in November 2021. I was so pleased to re-find it in May 2022 when I came back for a couple of days. 55 years after the father first opened the bar, his son is now running it. Great coffee, great staff, great ambience and a good mix of regular and passing clients that make it so special. I know if I come back to Brindisi, Caffè Italia will be the first place I visit.
