Beautifully decorated restaurant amazing food. If you order bao, it takes a while for it to come out. My husband felt some of the male waiters were ignoring us. Later, we realized it was because we were speaking in English to each other. But my husband is Italian lol 😆 born in the veneto region. So we think the waiters we afraid to come near us due to language. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Very clean. I'm so happy to see so many Italian families loving Asian food. (I say Asian because this restaurant isn't fully Japanese, it's fusion. I grew up on traditional Japanese food and Northern Chinese food. Even before it was popular in the usa. My mother went to Japan every month for work. So it's easy for me to tell about the food types)

We ordered 2 bao, salmon, and chicken. The beef ramen 🍜, a lovely sushi 🍣 plate, and 2 desserts 🍨. The bao was wonderful. I'm more familiar with the duck and pork types. But these were so good. 🔥 The ramen 🍜 is not Japanese at all. It's very much a Chinese broth with Chinese style cooked beef. They added egg and fish cake, aka Naruto, to make it seam like Japanese ramen. In all honesty, we loved the fusion ramen so much. It was soooo good. It reminded me of this noodles dish I used to get when I lived in Beijing. So definitely try it. It's so good.

The sushi 🍣 plate was beautiful and very well done. Would order again, only no roll with cream cheese, lol. Cream cheese has been added to sushi rolls more as a cheap filler option instead of for taste. You will not find this in Japan. I actually dont mind it, if it's just properly. In a small amount for taste, not filler. Don't get me wrong, the sushi plate was wonderful. Honestly. Just wanted to share that info for those who might not know.

The desserts 🍫 🫕 🍦 🍩 🍪 were soooo good. Though it's pre made, it was so very yummy.

I can see why this restaurant has the best reviews in the city. I highly recommend it. (I was also a chef at a few restaurants, including nobu, and then became a person chef at a casino in the usa for the high rollers. Asian cuisine was my specialty. So I can be a harsh judge at a restaurant sometimes 🙃 😅) We would definitely eat here again.

Il ristorante è molto carino ed elegante. Il cibo era buono, anche se ho mangiato di meglio, però il per il prezzo non c'è assolutamente da lamentarsi. I camerieri erano gentili, ma non professionali. Non sono stati capaci di spiegarci cos'era lo Yutu Bao (ci è stato detto che il contenuto del Bao lo dovevamo immaginare come una cotoletta, invece era una specie di crema dolce. Molto buono, ma non abbiamo ancora scoperto cosa fosse e avremmo preferito qualcosa di salato.). Nel Menù non sono presenti tutti gli ingredienti, soprattutto quelli che possono causare reazioni allergiche. Abbiamo ordinato 2 tipi di sushi diversi, su tutti e due c'era la maionese, mentre nel menù c'era scritto "salsa piccante". Dato che non c'era scritto nulla della maionese, io non ho chiesto (date che, essendo allergica alle uova, evito generalmente di ordinare cose con la maionese dentro) e quando sono arrivate tutte e due le portate con la maionese, ho chiesto se fosse possibile averle senza maionese dato che non sapevo che ci fosse. Mi è stato risposto "si ma ormai è già uscito il sushi", senza chiedere se magari avrei voluto ordinare un'altra porzione. Sarei stata anche disposta a pagare le tutte e due le porzioni, ma dato che la cameriera poi se n'è andata e basta, ho lasciato perdere. Però il sushi è piaciuto al mio ragazzo, quindi ok. Alla fine avendo ancora fame (dato che il sushi alla maionese non l'ho potuto mangiare) ho ordinato degli hosomaki al salmone, specificando di volerli senza maionese (anche se di solito sarebbe ovvio che sono senza maionese e nel menù non c'era scritto nulla, ma ormai la fiducia era andata a farsi friggere), e la cameriera mi ha chiesto il numero nel menù che corrispondeva agli hosomaki. Dato che stavamo già mangiando e il menù l'avevano già portato via, non ho saputo dirle il numero. Lei mi ha portato il Menù e ho dovuto cercare il numero per poi aspettare che venisse a prendere l'ordinazione. Quindi preparazione del personale davvero zero. Premetto che quel giorno c'era pochissima gente. Sono uscita sazia, ma comunque abbastanza delusa, anche perchè essendo me stessa cameriera, il modo in cui si sono comportati per me non raggiungeva nemmeno lo standard minimo indispensabile. Yesterday me and friends were subject to racism in that restaurant 😡 because we are Africans, at the beginning they assign black waiter to our table! we order the wine they refuse to give us cold wine! we place the order to our surprise the waiter comes back asking us to take the cheapest formula ! when we insisted to get our order as we placed initially they start dumping stuff that we didn't order! finally when we called the manager to complain she apologized however the cook came and asked us to leave in such way as if we are begger ! which was inappropriate ! we paid our bill and we left the order on the table! bad experience but I advise black people to do not report there because u won't know what u...
