Very delicious seafood restaurant that provides the option of just having single platters which was what we went for. Loved the squid stuffed with chickpeas and potatoes puree. The desert was a chocolate mousse+cottage cheese type which was perfectly balanced (not too sweet, not too creamy, not too chocolaty, and cold) which finished our delicious dinner.
The service was very kind and made adjustments to the food for my pregnant wife (and asked ahead which no other restaurant did during our time in Puglia, which we thought was very thoughtful and mindful of them!) which was very kind.

Read moreVery well located near the sea and close to Brindisi's shopping avenue, the restaurant has a beautiful vaulted dining room and a terrace. We preferred to dine outside. The menu was excellent, both for wines and dishes. The waiter, who was probably the restaurant manager, was remarkably kind and attentive! I tested a white one, then a rosé and ended up with two reds: a Negroamaro and a Primitivo, last one on the house. The pasta was not alla Norma but quite similar, a regional recipe, yet tasting completely different from the Sicilian classic. Lovely service and ambiance....
