Excellent place for our lunch! When we arrived it was all booked but told if we wait half hour we will get a table. We waited for 15min max and we have been called in. They speak English and been asked how we want our food to arrive. Wifi connection (provided or from our phones) did not work inside the building due to the thick Templar walls which was a slight issue with my autistic son but we did not have to wait long for the food. We ordered a gluten free pizza which I had to ask twice if was really gluten free!! It looked amazing and tasted the best I have ever tasted, my son was soo happy!! Our raw seafood was really fresh, the seafood risotto really creamy and the pasta was perfection! A general trend in Italy the selection of beverages does not include any fresh or bottled fruit juices, so the option for those who don’t drink alcohol is limited to Fanta and Coca Cola, something they could improve if they get enough feedback. Nevertheless, definitely recommend this lovely place...
Read moreSoooooo disappointed! We crossed the restaurant the night before, find it so cute. Plus, a local recommended it and yet.. Sure it wasn't that much expensive but the food wasn't great either! The tagliata of pork and mushroom tasteless and without garnishment, the mussels au gratin very dull and the tortellino unfrozen for sure. And you know what? It would have been OK without the sassy attitude of the waiters. Who made me feel ridiculous because I didn't understand the name of my plate right away. Sorry I don't speak Italian! I forgive you for not speaking good English. It's something I don't understand worldwild.. Why make the tourists feel unwelcome?! Wathever we left the place to have dessert in a much better atmosphere. Not recommand this restaurant at all you understood. It's a shame because the location it's...
Read moreWe are here last night and really enjoyed it. Arrived 7.30pm didnt have a booking but they took us no problem. All the staff were lovely and greeted us on the way in . We had a lovely waiter I think his name was Salvatore. A tall young man with a beard and a great smile. He was extremely helpful. What I really liked about him was two women were dining alone at different tables and he was so respectful and nice to them putting them at ease. We had a delicious meal hubby had seabass in vegetables I has local fish orato baked in oven . We had baked potatoes and mixed salad to accompany. The sparkling white wine at 4 euros for 500ml was great. So nice we had two! We finished off with a lemon sorbet each . Total bill just over 60 euros included a large water as well it was great value. I would...
