A perfect evening. 4 people - 2 did the longer taste menu, 2 the shorter. The short menu was vegetarian friendly, with a meat and vegetarian variations. Wine menu was mostly local and all Italian wines. Tasted many new wines that paired with the food. The tastes were complex and varied. Presentation - works of art. Service - perfect.
