Review Title: A Complete Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs

From start to finish, our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster. The food, the service, and even the hygiene left us questioning how this place is still in operation.

The pasta arrived bland and underwhelming – not a grain of salt to be found. The mushrooms were unmistakably canned, with that unmistakable rubbery texture and metallic aftertaste. As for the service, it was disorganized at best: we asked four times for sparkling water and were brought still water every single time.

Things only got worse. While waiting endlessly for our primi piatti, we were served two unappetizing slices of old, hard bread smeared with anchovy butter – a poor attempt at a starter that did nothing but irritate our stomachs and expectations. The delay stretched on for another 15 minutes with no explanation.

What’s worse, the kitchen’s lack of hygiene was noticeable from where we sat. The entire place felt neglected. Chairs were dirty, and instead of actually cleaning the cushions, the staff simply turned them over – a lazy and unsanitary fix.

To their credit, the staff did offer an apology after we complained. But apologies aren’t enough to save a restaurant this poorly managed. This place needs a complete overhaul – from the menu to the staff to the cleanliness. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend...

Avoid this place!! Food was terrible, portions were small, and it was very overpriced. We got two dishes, two drinks, and a bottle of water. The cost was over €40. The server was very rude. She seemed annoyed that we wanted to sit inside even though all outside tables were occupied. I ordered the Lasagna and got something completely different that was €4 more. My girlfriend got carbonara and it was served on a Teflon pan. You aren't supposed to use metal utensils on Teflon! It scrapes off and is bad for your health. When we brought this to the server's attention, she said that "in Italy, we do what we want." She then proceeded to complain about us right in front of us. The toilet is also without a seat and the flushing doesn't work properly. The couple sitting next to us also had a bad experience. Trust me, go...

We were passing by looking for a place to have lunch, it was around 14:00, so pretty much late, we saw this place and feeling in the mood, we decided to try it. The service was fast due to the fact that we were the only table at that time.

We opted for the Taste Manu of 20€ which allows you to taste different small plates of food. If you are very hungry and want to fill the stomach don’t take this menu, it is more a gourmet experience than a full lunch. Even tho, food very delicious, unique tastes and interesting combinations of flavors.

Good place if you want something light and feel a little bit fancy.
