Nestled in the heart of Cagliari, Taddinanta Café is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of Italian tradition and a cozy café ambiance. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by the soothing sounds of jazzy piano music, setting a tranquil backdrop for what was consistently the perfect start to my day.
The café itself boasts an incredibly charming interior that makes you feel right at home. Each morning, I was greeted by the aroma of excellently brewed coffee, true to Italian standards, paired with freshly squeezed orange juice—a simple yet profoundly delightful combination.
The staff at Taddinanta were always welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall experience with their kindness and prompt service. In the afternoons, the place transformed into a serene escape where I enjoyed an Aperol Spritz accompanied by olives, and lost myself in a good book.
I highly recommend Taddinanta to anyone visiting Cagliari. Whether you’re looking for a place to kick-start your day with a superb cup of coffee or to unwind in the afternoon with a refreshing drink, this café is a must-visit. It’s not just a café; it’s an experience that will charm you and make you wish you could stay just a...
Read moreFelt cheated, poor quality on everything, will not return. Table was not cleaned, there were crumbs and food all over it plus on the seats, no napkins, we went to get some and cleaned our own table, waited for a long time to take an order. They didn't have the items on the menu we actually came for, at 11am on a Saturday. At the end we were charged €15.40 for a double espresso, a cappuccino, two dry/tasteless pastries even though we came for food and an orange juice. After asking about the high costs, turns out we were charged cover for four instead of two and that the orange juice we asked to takeaway was €4, charged cover on that too anyway. They don't treat locals like this, only tourists. Down the street a viscose dress from Temu was €60 at half price discount from €120. Overall, a terrible experience to come on vacation and be cheated simply for being...
