La Pergola Bianca — Restaurant in Cagliari

Actually we wanted to go somewhere else but fortunately our way has led us to this restaurant. The service is beyond amazing and the food is just so fresh and delicious. We only stayed in Cagliari for 3 nights but it was so good that we went there two nights in a row. If you're looking for a wonderful time, then this is definitely our recommendation. I was highly recommended this restaurant. As it was very close to my accommodation, I wanted to try it - and I don't regret my decision at all! :) Excellent service - very quick, friendly and no issue to talk in English to me. Se hai intenzione di mangiare qui, dai un'occhiata alla mia recensione e le fotografie. Il locale è spartano creato a posta così, con le pedane appese al muro a mo di porta vini o mensole, che in questi ultimi periodi si usa, ben tenuto come pulizia, cosa fondamentale! Le pietanze sono molto varie tra mare e terra, una cucina che si presta un po' a tutti, Antipasti molto saporiti quelli di terra e diverse tipologie di salumi ma non di formaggi, 1 o 2 in più ci starebbero bene. Antipasti di mare buoni, ho trovato deliziosa l'insalata di polpo ma mancava qualche pezzo di limone servito o a parte o a fette dentro per spremerne il succo a piacere. Pesce spada, tonno affumicati o saltati in padella, alla pasta con cozze e arselle, Agnolotti sardi " culurgiones " Arrosto vario di pesci, spigole, orate ecc... verdure ortaggi paste classiche, carne. Piatti affumicati. Insomma c'è veramente tanto da scegliere e le porzioni sono abbondanti e a prezzi modici. Il personale è sempre presente ma non invadente, sempre cordiale e sorridente, qualche punto da rivedere sui tavoli che sono bassi e privi di tovaglie e fazzoletti in tessuto.
