GELATERIA PETER PAN VIA DANTE — Local services in Cagliari

The worst experience in Peter Pan gelateria ever. I will never come to this location, ever. I think in this kind of places people come to have good time and there should be no place for the rude salespoeple like it was today. I would always visit Peter Pan on via Roma and had no problem, never. I've visited another one too, and it was good. But here for the first time I was treated less human. Not only service wasn't good, I felt so bad visiting this place.

I love this brand for so long and decided to make my baby happy and buy her a quality ice cream. As she's just a toddler, she likes colorful things on the Ice cream. I saw the tiny marshmallows later on the counter and asked if it's possible to add these on top of an ice cream. To which saleswoman answered not like to a client, but to a person who was eating a product for the money of a saleswoman. She said I should have said it before, that she already put in the cup and it costs extra 0,6€ like I didn't know it would cost. As I already paid for the icecream, I took out 60 cents to pay again. I politely asked if I should put it in the same machine. Instead of saying 'yes' , 'no' or 'wait until I insert the sum' she said 'how would machine understand if I don't say anything'. What an ignorance! It was so rude. I really felt mistreated and like homeless person begging her to do something for me. When in fact I was paying for what I am getting. Shouldn't salespoeple know how to treat a client? Treat like a person? I feel terrible...

Ice-cream is excellent but service terrible. I asked to taste one flavour then said can we taste another then she said this is the last one with very rude voice and she complained my husband but the trash in wrong bin. Avevo un bel ricordo di Peter Pan sotto i portici e ieri il punto vendita di via Dante mi ha fatto pensare: “ mai più” . Ho preso una coppetta mono gusto duplo. Non entrando in gelateria spesso non sapevo se ci fosse differenza di costo tra cono/coppetta uno o più gusti quindi mentre pagavo stavo elencando quanto avrei voluto, Be 2.40 € ripetuto mille volte mi è entrato in testa!.
