After a long two days of travel, we found this little restaurant not far from our flat. It’s definitely a neighborhood pizzeria, family owned and run. The waitress was delightful as we stumbled through our Italian and her English. We started with Prosecco and arancini. Both delicious. The arancini were a bit different that those risotto balls in America that are served with marinara. Would have liked some sauce.
One pizza was absolutely delicious with cheese and meat. The other was like a pizza crust around a salad. It was not what I expected. The salad was fine. The crust was good, but it wasn’t what I was looking for in a Neapolitan pizza.

Read moreAppena entrati nel locale ci siamo accomodati subito. Nel giro di 5 minuti abbiamo ordinato e dopo altrettanti minuti sono arrivati fritti ( accettabili) e bibite...
Poi.....il panico totale!!!! L'attesa della pizza è durata più di 1 ora: anche le bibite si sono fatte calde! Avremmo sorvolato a tanto ritardo se la pizza fosse stata mangiabile, peccato che la mia sembrava la ciambella che fa mia zia ( altissima e gommosissima)! Pizza assolutamente non digeribile, Poco lievitata.
Locale poco areato sprovvisto di condizionatori e ventilatori. Tante zanzare fanno da cornice all'atmosfera. Prezzi accettabili ma allo stesso importo abbiamo mangiato...
